Where we ship
If we can't deliver to your address, checkout will tell you before you pay.
Free shipping
Orders of 3 or more mitts ship free. Smaller orders may show a shipping fee at checkout.
Timing
Most orders leave the warehouse within a few business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination.
Tracking
When your order ships you receive a tracking link by email from Puravetta.
Delayed or missing orders
If delivery is late or tracking shows a delivery you have not received, email us with your order number so we can investigate. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.
Customs charges
For cross-border deliveries, import duties or taxes may apply. Unless collected at checkout or stated otherwise, these charges are the recipient's responsibility.
