Products and pricing
Product descriptions and prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund if you have already paid.
Orders and fulfillment
Your order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order; we accept it when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you and refund any payment. Delivery estimates are subject to our shipping policy and applicable consumer rights.
Changes and cancellations
Email hello@puravetta.com with your order number as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee changes or stop delivery; you can use our returns process. This does not limit cancellation or other rights available under applicable law.
