Puravetta™ is a direct-to-consumer brand selling the Puravetta pet hair remover mitt. Orders are fulfilled by our fulfilment partner Saneliva, which is the name that appears on your card statement and confirmation email. You can reach us any time at support@puravetta.com.
Information we collect
- Order information — name, shipping and billing address, email, phone, and items ordered.
- Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Support messages — anything you send us by email, including return photos.
- Device and usage data — browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and similar analytics used to improve the site.
How we use it
We use your information to fulfil orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve our product pages.
Sharing
We share data with fulfilment (Saneliva), payment processors, and shipping carriers only as needed to complete your order. We do not sell personal information.
